A. Professional Credentials
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or related fields .
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (120hours with practicum).
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience with 6–16-year-old learners.
B. Language & Pedagogical Competence
Native English proficiency (passport holders from UK/US/Australia/Canada/New Zealand/Ireland/South Africa).
Demonstrated mastery in phonetics, grammar, academic writing, and public speaking.
Proven ability to scaffold complex content for varying age groups using multisensory approaches (e.g., visual aids, digital tools).
C. Psychological & Interpersonal Skills
Knowledge of cognitive development stages and motivational strategies for adolescents.
Adaptability to Chinese learning cultures with high emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution skills
Lesson Planning: Ability to create original thematic units (e.g.,Science in English, Global Citizenship ) using backward design principles.
Assessment Literacy: Experience designing rubrics for formative/summative evaluations.
